02Service Description
We provide global eSIM data plans that allow for private mobile internet access in supported countries.
We provide virtual SMS numbers for the purpose of receiving verification codes and maintaining digital privacy.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using our services for:
- Any illegal activity under local or international law
- Spamming or automated messaging campaigns
- Harassment or stalking
- Fraudulent verification for financial crimes
- Circumventing legitimate security measures
03Refund & Cancellation Policy
Temporary SMS Numbers
If an SMS is not received within the first 20 minutes of a standard activation, a full refund to your platform balance is available. Once an SMS has been received, the service is considered rendered and non-refundable.
eSIM Data Plans
Due to the immediate provisioning of QR codes and network resources, eSIM sales are final once the QR code is generated. No refunds are provided for device incompatibility or lack of coverage in specific local areas.
Account Balance
Funds added to your account balance via cryptocurrency are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. They are only available for the purchase of services on Altphone.cc.
04Account Security & Privacy
We operate on a no-KYC (Know Your Customer) basis. Your account is accessed via a unique access token. You are solely responsible for safeguarding this token. Altphone cannot recover lost tokens or accounts, as we do not store personal identifiers.
05Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altphone.cc and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altphone.cc from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these terms or your use of the services for any unlawful purpose.
06Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user, without notice, if we suspect a violation of these terms, engagement in fraudulent activity, or if required by law enforcement or our infrastructure providers.
