Why haven't I received an SMS?
SMS delivery depends on the service provider. If you don't receive it within 5-10 minutes, we recommend canceling the order (it's free!) and trying a different operator or country.
Does canceling cost money?
No! If you cancel an order before receiving an SMS, the funds are immediately returned to your balance.
Can I use the number twice?
Standard activations are for one-time use. If you need a number for a longer period, please use the 'Rent' feature.
The service says the number is blocked.
This can happen if the previous owner of the number was banned. Use the 'Ban' button in your active order card to report it and get an immediate refund.
